Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment with De Lacy Hair & Beauty.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling of your appointment.

Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Deposits

A deposit may be required for certain treatments or long appointments. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are required 48 hours prior to certain treatments (e.g., hair colouring, lash extensions, tinting) for new clients or if you haven't had the treatment with us in the last 6 months.

Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking your appointment. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

Children

For safety and relaxation purposes, we ask that children are supervised at all times while in the salon.

Personal Belongings

De Lacy Hair & Beauty cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
